God morning Steve good morning DOC. I wonder if Ms. M.

is okay. Has anyone heard from her?

---------------------------------------------------------

Thanks SAK for asking, I am okay. I Just had a really bad day, but its a new day, and a fresh start. A goodnight sleep always brightens up a new day.

haven’t heard anything. This was a shock. I guess we don’t have all the facts here. Hopefully it was just a disagreement that can be healed, but it sounded rather final to me. (sigh)

It made me think about my own marriage. I am so blessed. We are fast approaching our 29th anniversary. I often wondered whether it was healthy or not, but we never fight. We have rarely even had an emotional disagreement. Neither of our parents were fighters. That might have something to do with it.

--------------------------------------------------------

Hey steve I think that is wonderful that you have been married for 29 years. That is a great accomplishment. But I guess if there is true love involved then its all worth it, aye?

Yup!

Even if everything else is falling apart, at least we have each other.

There is a song that talks about two little birds in the eye of the storm. That’s us. For Christmas one year I found a snow globe with a teddy bear couple riding out the ocean storm floating in an umbrella. When you wind it up they rock back and forth on the waves. The caption on the base says: Whatever the weather, We’ll Bear it together.

I know exactly what song you are talking about Steve, that is a really nice song.

You see, that is so sweet. I hope the new man, who ever he may be, will be as sweet as you are.

When talking to Sarge today, he pointed out alot of things I knew, but its hard to see things clearly when love clouds you mind and eyes.

I’m glad you had someone to talk to. Here is the song I was thinking of. Let me know if it was what you had in mind as well.

Eye Of The Storm lyrics

Artist: Michael Franks

Album: Sleeping Gypsy

You kill me with kindness.

You call me "Your Highness."

But When I get Blue

I can never find you.

The circle keeps turning

The sky is still burning.

I hear from my ex-

On the back of my checks.

chorus:

But hold me awhile

And I’ll hang up my guns, mama

I know I’ve been flyin’

Too near the sun.

We’ll move to the mountains

and make love to keep warm, mama

like two little birds

In the eye of the storm.

This cloverleaf madness

Just fills me with sadness.

We glide on these streams

Just postponing our dreams.

The love that’s inside us

How come it divides us?

It just ain’t like Cole Porter

It’s just all too short order.

repeat chorus

Yeah, we really do have some great guys in here. They love to make you smile. I also see my ex hasnt had the spine to come in here and post anything yet, and confront the real men he tried to tear down to me.
