HELP!
I have been connected to BasicISP in Toronto for the last year or so. Last week I started to get a no connection situation. Nothing from my side has changed. The modem does it's dialing. The password is checked then it hangs up. I re-typed the password and still nothing. There can't be an issue with username and password since I was able to access this site from another computer. Any ideas???

I had the same problem with a PC i seldom use to connect - it did work but when I tried one day, it dialed but no connection. Solution: I found the same number did not work on my primary computer so I downloaded the Access Number list and used another number. All has worked fine ever since. I assume the number I had been using was no longer valid for Basicisp.
