Error 619 cannot connect to port Options

Windows XP Sp3

I disconnected my USB modem, rebooted, reconnect the modem, and still getting this error message.
Any suggestion?

I am not an expert by any means, but, you might try totally shutting down and disconnecting the USB. Make sure you are in a compatible port (check your manual if necessary) and plug it back in. THEN, turn your computer back on and re-boot. See if it recognizes the new connection. Good Luck!
