There no caution paint around the table area.
I have been going through a trunk and cleaning some of the guns.
I found a 22/410 over under savage and started to think of where I remember it from.
I recall going huckleberries picking with grand pa and grand ma in Mich.
We seemed to always have it but I never heard it fire.
How would you like to try a cinnamon roll, just a dab of frosting for me.
I found the brass fishing pole that we used when my brother and I would fish
in the basement we would fish in the wood boat and grand pa would sit on a
3 legged stool and have his coffee and listen to the shortwave radio tuned to Sweden.
I sure am glad that he (grand pa) took the time to make memories.
Hope you liked the coffee and rolls I will try to call you soon.
Have a great week end and know that God knows your name.
See you later your brbruce.
Hi Brother Bruce,
Sorry I have been so busy lately I haven't made it to town to take care of business. I will be heading to town tomorrow for sure.
Hey, that 22/410 is on my list of guns I want to buy. If you would ever consider selling it let me know. I would definitely be interested and am willing to pay top dollar. Think it over and let me know, K?
It's hot as hades here today and the humidity is way up. I'm trying to keep the electric bill down but when I have trouble breathing it's all ACs on high and on the coldest settings.
The coffee and rolls were great, thanks. Be safe over the road, I'm gonna lay down after I catch up on the threads.

22/410 over and under. Boy does that bring back memories. My dad bought one for me as my first gun and told me I needed to learn to get the game with one shot or else don't go hunting. I did learn but I have NO idea as to where it ever got to. RBKay Ineptocracy — Our way of life.

Hey Sarge, how's that upside-down garden coming? "If a man loses pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music in which he hears, however measured, or far away.” Henry David Thoreau

The garden is doing well, thanks for asking. I did dig up my garlic the other day. It was awesome! I hadn't tried growing it before but digging it up was like my birthday.LOL
The more I dug the more I was really surprised at how well it did. The return from what I planted was at least 30 fold! Think I'll plant more from the pods I got from this year and will keep saving jars to store them and give them out to my neighbors.
Hope all is well for you, tell everybody in your neck of the woods I say hello.

Today is somber, have spent the night with a hospice a 92 year old who went to her reward this AM.
The Cinnamon rolls are in the oven and the coffee is dripping. Hope you have room for a few heavy on the frosting and a cup of JOE.
I spent some time today looking out the window and thanking God for allowing me to serve Him. I have learned that I am not a volunteer but a servant.
The most expensive thing we have is our time. To think that He allowed me to be there and hold the hand of a soul as they leave this world.
I was blessed to watch as a roadrunner made its way across the front yard outside of the fence line. I don't know if I ever shared that Roadrunner was the name that the American Indians gave me. I would ride the bus to the post office outside of the reservation in Arizona. Like most kids I just went to play with the other kids. We would ride the buss on the res, and make sure we got home before dark.
The rolls are out and cooling. I found some Arizona Highway magazines to look at while there cooling.
I use to dream about working in the desert taking water out to the thirsty.
I think that this dream has come true. I work at taking the living water out to the thirsty.
I hope I didn't put to much frosting on the rolls.
The coffee sure hit the spot. I enjoy this time I spend with you.
I ask for prayer, for in the next few day I will need speak . To give a word of resolve to family and friends.
I am honored to call you Friends. Love brbruce

Sarges Coffee Shop is open.
Sarge and Forum Family
I got a donation of some MREs from FEMA. There were some open packs and I found some applesauce, and some wheat sweetbread packs. I lit the oven and placed in the bread covered with applesauce. A little sugar and cinnamon sprinkled over it.
The coffee is dripping and it smells good.
This has been a long month for ministry.
It started with the trial of a homeless man on trial for murder.
He is mentally ill and killed another homeless man who also was mentally ill.
They were both, folks that I have ministered to in the streets.
I gave the murdered man a Christian funeral 2/10 .
While in the court room I ministered to both of the mothers.
To listen to all of the issues in both lives.
The common factor was there was no father figure.
Don't you just know that the bread is ready and the coffee is too.
This bread reminds me of the baked goods from my Swedish grandmother.
It took a few days to get myself in order and much prayer after the Trial.
God showed me about being a father to the fatherless.
It is all of us that must reach out and show the love of Christ.
To teach about putting away childish things.
I thank you for allowing me to share, it helps in healing.
Sarges Coffee Shop is still open.
This time it hit the spot.

Hello Everybody!
First, my computer crashed y,all. I have this laptop that was given to me awhile back but the operating system is very old and I haven't been able to read any of my mail, 146 e-mails is all I know. I need to find a way of accessing them, so please everyone who has e-mailed me I will answer them asap.
Brother Bruce, thank you for sharing your story. I agree that we all need to share the love of Christ and put away childish things, that includes me.
For those who may be interested, my surgery was cancelled due to an infection in my sinusus. I'm on antibiotics and need to get a tooth pulled before they will do the surgery. I was hoping to have it all over with but gotta wait and see how things go.
I'm catching up on reading all the posts and hope to be back to the coffee shop soon. I need some time too to get used to this computer. It doesn't have near the features I had with my desktop.
K, best get to reading and will see y'all on the threads soon.

Because you are on antibiotics I suggest that you take Activity. Mystic too. Antibiotics kill off all the good bacteria in your tummy. Do they have a theme song? I never noticed. My mind is on Jamie Lee Curtis. "If a man loses pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music in which he hears, however measured, or far away.” Henry David Thoreau

Speaking of Jamie Lee, her father Tony Curtis died today. He made over 100 films, I liked alot of them. He was 85 I think.
