I would like to start a poll.

What do I need to do to start one?

It has been 2 days with out a answerer.

Is this the kind of back up service that BISP provides?

They rarely, if ever, check these topics. Or the forum for that matter. Try emailing Support. You get what you pay for.

Oh yeah, I vote "no".

It has been 6 days since I requested help.
The real question is service.
How long will it take until I get a response?
Is this normal time for service from BISP?

Wait a minute. That sounds like something I said more than once here. Weird.

Like mistero already mentioned, nobody at basicisp reads the forums. Well, except for me from time to time, but I do it because I want to. Mostly to see if there are any problems with the portal (non-user-related problems) or to confirm/diagnose/fix a problem called into tech support.

So, after mistero told you that basicisp doesn't read the forums, why didn't you contact support?

You're lucky I couldn't sleep and just happened to log into the forum and saw your PM.

Anyways, poll creation is now enabled for members. After clicking the "new topic" button, there *should* be a "create poll" link along the left side, somewhere under "subject".
