Seriously, just think about it...

The difference between patriotism and nationalism is that the patriot is proud of his country for what it does, and the nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does; the first attitude creates a feeling of responsibility, but the second a feeling of blind arrogance that leads to war.

This should concern every American!

Trumpettes hate the Hitler comparison, but this is just one more startling case! After Hitler convinced all his followers that the media was corrupt, the "Lying press", and only HE will tell the truth, he created his Schutzstaffel and the Brownshirts. The Brownshirts are infamous for their operation outside of the law and their violent intimidation of Germany's leftists and Jewish population.

Former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has died after being hospitalized with the coronavirus

The former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain has died, his official website and the conservative website Newsmax said on Thursday. He was 74.

Cain tested positive for the novel coronavirus earlier this month, 11 days after attending President Donald Trump's campaign rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He tweeted a photo of himself at the rally in which neither he nor those around him wore masks.

The day before he was hospitalized, Cain expressed support for the Trump campaign's decision not to require masks at an Independence Day celebration at Mount Rushmore.

Trump said he's going to sign and executive order requiring health insurers to cover preexisting conditions. That's already the current law under Obamacare, which Trump has repeatedly tried to repeal.

* President Donald Trump said that in the next two weeks he'd be working on an executive order to require health insurance companies to cover those with preexisting conditions.

At a last-minute press conference held in the ballroom of his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Friday night, President Donald Trump said that in the next two weeks he'd be working on an executive order to require health insurance companies to cover those with preexisting conditions.

This requirement — that insurers cover those with pre-existing conditions — is already law, and it has been since the 2010 passage of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

Trump, since taking office in 2017, has sought to repeal or undermine President Barack Obama's signature law. During the summer of 2017, Congress failed to repeal the entirety of the law. However, the passage of the GOP tax cut bill at the end of 2017 eliminated the tax penalty for the individual mandate, which said that everyone must have insurance coverage or pay a penalty. With the tax penalty gone, 19 states led by Texas sued to say the law was unconstitutional without it.

The Trump administration backs this suit, and in June of this year, the Justice Department asked the US Supreme Court to try to overturn the law.
The difference between patriotism and nationalism is that the patriot is proud of his country for what it does, and the nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does; the first attitude creates a feeling of responsibility, but the second a feeling of blind arrogance that leads to war.
