Biden received 81,282,903 votes.

Trump received 74,223,030 votes.

PEOPLE, get over it, Trump lost by a huge margin! Even Bill Barr has stated that this election was run as well, or better than, any other election. Barr found no fraud, no errors or issues that would have changed the results of the election.

For all the accusations thrown out by Trump about supposed election irregularities, Trump and his followers are attempting to overthrow the legitimate choice of The People. These people aren't patriots, far from it, they are anarchists attempting a political coup, they are the seditionists, the separatists that want to tear this nation in two rather than admit a clear defeat.

The difference between patriotism and nationalism is that the patriot is proud of his country for what it does, and the nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does; the first attitude creates a feeling of responsibility, but the second a feeling of blind arrogance that leads to war.

‘Treasonous garbage’: GOP senators ripped as ’liars and cowards' for effort to overturn 2020 election

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Saturday announced that ten other Republican senators would join his effort to reject the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Cruz is being joined by Senators Ron Johnson (R-WI), James Lankford (R-OK), Steve Daines (R-MT), John Kennedy (R-LA), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), and Mike Braun (R-IN), and Senators-elect Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Roger Marshall (R-KS), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), and Tommy Tuberville (R-AL).

The senators were harshly judged for their stance against democracy and reality. Here's some of what people were saying:

Jeremy Newberger ~ @jeremynewberger

No surprise that The Coward @TedCruz will be one of the Treasonous Eleven, rogue Senators challenging the electoral college certification and the very fabric of our Democracy, in the name of Con Man Trump. Couldn't stand up for his dad, his wife, and now his country.

Jeff Sharlet ~ @JeffSharlet

The coup that’s working is against the GOP. It’s long looked wholly Trump-owned. But *Trumpism* wants more—to purge the party of conservatives, to make it purely kleptocratic & authoritarian. Cruz & co. need this purge because unlike Trump they can’t win in a split party.

If the intro-party purge is successful — entirely possible — I think it’s just a matter of time before full blown authoritarianism wins power nationally. Regionally it will steamroll fast.

Jonathan Landay ~ @JonathanLanday

This Republican senator and allies oppose certifying Trump’s electoral college defeat and want a commission to investigate his evidence-free fraud allegations. Remember when Trump’s commission exploded in failure. Because it could not find fraud evidence.

Justin Baragona ~ @justinbaragona

Notice that the three incoming senators joining this effort aren't objecting to their own elections that placed them in the Senate, even though they all shared the same ticket as Trump.

Many wonder today why the Republican party does nothing to defeat the treasonous
schemes of the Democrats. It is because the pope’s Jesuits have thoroughly
infiltrated the Republican party as well as the Democratic party. Many wonder why
the news media lie so much to support and protect the Democrats. It is because the
pope’s Jesuits have thoroughly infiltrated the news media. The news media and
schools and colleges, with their lies and propaganda, have so conditioned the
people of the country that they are unable to recognize what has been done to them.
Victory for the Jesuits seems very near. The Jesuits are like a cancer that has
pervaded nearly every fiber of the society of the United States. We are being
defeated by the enemy within.

For many years the Jesuits have prevented the United States from developing
additional sources of energy within its own territory. Exploiting the vast oilfields on
the Alaskan north slope, that probably contain more oil than the entire middle east,
is forbidden. New nuclear power plants, the safest source of electric energy ever
discovered, are not permitted. There is no end to the lies people have been made to
believe about Nuclear energy. The environment is used as the club to subdue the
people of the country into going along with this idiocy. Modern technology is able to
develop these sources of power without any damage to the environment. France
gets 80% of its power from nuclear power plants without any problems. Needless to
say, without sufficient energy, the United States will not be able to defend itself. All
the papacy has to do is cut off the oil supply from the middle east.

The United States is now starting to feel the pinch of the energy shortage the Jesuits
have created. People have experienced blackouts over large areas as power is shut
off to stay within the limits of generating capacity. Today, instead of constructing
additional nuclear power plants, some of these plants are being dismantled! Will the
people of the United States be able to wake up in time to prevent the coming
national tragedy?

Not only in the United States is this treachery being perpetrated by the papacy, but
they are secretly at work all over the world to subvert all the nations of the world.

"And all the world wondered after the beast." Rev 13:3 last part.

I have to ask, what did it mean when McConnell did it?

McConnell slams Democrats for using the same mechanism to force through COVID-19 stimulus that he used to pass the 2017 tax cut

Mitch McConnell took aim at Democrats for their hardball approach to passing more stimulus.

The party plans to use budget reconciliation to pass a $1.9 trillion plan without GOP support.

McConnell too has used this strategy when in the majority, like for tax cuts in 2017.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell criticized the Democratic Party for a lack of bipartisanship Monday as they prepared to push through President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 stimulus.

McConnell said this method means the Democrats have "chosen a totally partisan path," according to the Associated Press airplane, adding: "That's unfortunate."

However, McConnell and the GOP have taken the same route before to pass measures without help from the opposing party. One example is the series of sweeping tax cuts in 2017 that formed a centerpiece of former President Donald Trump's term.

The tactic in question is budget reconciliation, a way of bringing legislation to the Senate that lowers the voting bar and avoids the prospect of the opposing party killing it via the filibuster.

Not a single GOP senator supported Biden's stimulus plan in a Tuesday vote, suggesting the measure would not get far via conventional means.

Both parties have resorted to budget reconciliation to force legislation through in the past, however.

In 2017, with McConnell as Senate majority leader, Republicans used the mechanism to push through major tax reforms on a wafer-thin majority of 51. No Democratic senators voted in favor.

Former President Barack Obama also used budget reconciliation to pass the Affordable Care Act in the face of GOP resistance in 2010, as The New York Times reported at the time.

Decent Americans don’t need unity with domestic terrorists.

On January 6th, our nation sustained one of the worst domestic attacks in our history; a brazen and bloody assault upon the very seat of our Constitution intended to violently seize control of the government and overturn the election results. This very likely occurred with the foreknowledge, aid, and support of many Republican lawmakers and the former president himself.

The fact that the Republican Party has not only failed to universally condemn this attack but has allowed many involved in it to still retain their seats as lawmakers while pushing hard against Senate impeachment of the former president, makes uniting with them tacit approval of terrorism. To align with people who will not hold the perpetrators of such ugliness accountable, would be to embolden lawlessness, bless murder, and co-sign insurrection.

Texans are a fickle lot. They don't want to be part of the United States, but they certainly want to keep all of the federal funding and financial aid. Sorry folks, leave, you get nothing... period!

"For instance, if Texas somehow managed to declare independence in the near future," Michael wrote, "rather than simply carrying on with the status quo ante, as many secessionists and increasing numbers of Republicans appear to assume, any independence push would presumably shut off the federal tap, which currently sends Texas tens of billions of dollars more than it receives from the state. A successful secession push would likewise (and presumably) send industry, spooked by political instability, scattering, gutting Texas's vibrant economy."

Pro-Trump Texans are serious about secession and want to seize property from Democrats as they force them to leave: columnist

According to a column for NBC from author Casey Michael, there is a growing movement by hardcore supporters of Donald Trump in various deeply red states to secede from the United States due to anger at the ex-president's loss to now-PresidentJoe Biden.

While every election results in threats to secede or claims from unhappy voters that they are going to leave the country, Michael wrote that the loss by Trump has hit some far-right supporters harder than usual.

According to the NBC report, "Following President Joe Biden's victory in November, GOP officials from Wyoming to Florida to Mississippi have floated the idea, claiming that the time for a national fracturing may be near," with the columnist writing that Texas has moved to the forefront of the secession movement after "a Texas state lawmaker — one who attended the Capitol rally on Jan. 6 and claimed it was 'the most amazing day' — recently filed the first serious secession bill the country has seen since the Civil War."

According to the columnist, "Bright Line Watch, a group of researchers from places like Dartmouth University, the University of Rochester, and University of Chicago, noted in a study released earlier in February, one-third of Republicans said they support secession," and that a Texas secession Facebook page is being "saturated" with suggestions.

Nancy Pelosi scolds Republicans. “It’s typical that they vote no and take the dough.”

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi closed out the debate on the COVID Relief Bill with an unfortunate and hypocritical truth for the Republicans. She thanked her caucus for the hard work that they did for providing relief and a bridge for the average Americans.

“It was dazzling to see them and the Democratic chairs and members speak up about this important legislation,” Nancy Pelosi said. “I thank you Mr. Chairman for pointing out the inconsistencies on the part of our colleagues across the aisle and complaining about money helping support for poor children in our country.”

“They didn’t hesitate to give large amounts of money to the richest people in America in the Republican tax scam,” Speaker Pelosi said. “Your charts were very eloquent, Mr. Chairman."

Pelosi pointed out how passionate Democrats were in letting their constituents understand how much the bill would help them and why they are voting yes for the COVID Relief Bill. But she had a zinger for Republicans who are voting no.

“And to hear Republicans talk about why they would vote no,” Pelosi said. “It's typical that they vote no and take the dough.”

Enough said.

Incessant whining from Republicans...

MITCH MCCONNELL THREATENS REVENGE IF DEMOCRATS KILL THE FILIBUSTER

Posted by Stephen D. Foster Jr. | Mar 16, 2021

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) threatened Democrats with a “scorched-earth” policy if they kill the filibuster in order to pursue passage of several pieces of legislation that are popular among the American people.

As more Democrats endorse ending the filibuster that has allowed Republicans to obstruct work in the Senate for decades, McConnell threw a temper tantrum on the Senate floor threatening retaliation in a clear ploy to scare Democrats from doing what needs to be done, especially as support grows for the We The People Act— a major piece of voting rights legislation that would roll back Republican voter suppression efforts across the country.

“Some Democrats believe this would be a tidy trade-off if they could just break the rules on a razor-thin majority,” McConnell whined. “That’s not what would happen. So let me say this very clearly for all 99 of my colleagues. Nobody serving in this chamber can even begin to imagine what a completely scorched-earth Senate would look like.

McConnell then dared accuse Democrats of trying to “break the Senate” even though it’s been broken for many years now because of the filibuster.

Lately, some extremists have claimed having a mask mandate infringes on their rights to get infected and to spread that infection. If they want to see true oppression and loss of rights, check out this piece about Covid in other nations.

Covid rule-breaker 'dies after squats punishment'

A Filipino man who was found breaking quarantine rules has died after being made to do 300 squat-like exercises by police as punishment, his family said.

Darren Manaog Penaredondo was allegedly stopped by officers while buying water after 1800 local time in Cavite province on Thursday.
He collapsed the following day and later died.

Cavite province, on the island of Luzon, is currently under strict lockdown to tackle the spread of Covid.

Marlo Solero, police chief of General Trias City, said there is no physical punishment for those found violating curfew rules, only lectures from officers. He told local media that if officers were found to have enforced the punishment, it would not be tolerated.

A relative of the victim, Adrian Lucena, announced his death on Facebook. He said Mr Penaredondo and others found violating the curfew were told to do 100 squat-like exercises in sync together.

If they failed to do them at the same time, they would have to repeat the set, he said. The group ended up doing 300 of the exercises.

Mr Penaredondo came home at 0600 on Friday morning in pain, his brother said. His live-in partner told local news outlet Rappler that he struggled to move throughout Friday.

"That whole day, he struggled to walk, he was just crawling. But I did not take that seriously because he said it's just a simple body ache," Reichelyn Balce said.

The following day he collapsed and stopped breathing. Ms Balce asked the neighbours to help revive him, but he reportedly died not long after.

Earlier this month Human Rights Watch warned that rule-breakers in the Philippines were being abused. The rights group said there were cases where police and local officials had confined people to dog cages and others were forced to sit in the midday sun.

During a television address on Thursday, President Rodrigo Duterte warned citizens not to defy lockdown rules, saying: "I will not hesitate. My orders are to the police and military, as well as village officials, if there is any trouble, or occasions where there's violence and your lives are in danger, shoot them dead."

Host responds to GOP senator calling to 'move on': 'You don't get to sing kumbaya' until you stop spreading lies

Sarah K. Burris ~ May 02, 2021

CNN host Pamela Brown is the reporter who fact-checked Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS), when he claimed he wants to "move on" from the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol because the country must "heal." At the top of her show Sunday, she called out Marshall and other Republicans who are quick to move on from the issue tearing their party apart.

"Last night I spoke to roger marshall of Kansas," Brown began. "He was one of the six senators that voted against certifying the electoral results for two states hours later, and I asked about consequences of decisions like that from GOP lawmakers and if he had any regret."

She showed the video as he attempted to dodge responsibility and perpetuate the lie that led to the attack on the Capitol.

"We would all love to heal and move on from this shameful episode of our country, but here's the thing, the reality is Republicans and their followers have not moved on from the election. Case and point, the officials who enabled it or are complicit with their silence should be held accountable," said Brown. "In Arizona, as you see in this video right here, Republicans are still trying to overturn the 2020 results and fuel paranoia with a partisan audit of ballots after two prior audits already found no issues and only confirmed the results — the fact that Trump lost that state. Well, this year, Republicans in almost every single state legislature have introduced new voting restrictions. And they're using lies like 'rampant voter fraud' to justify the measures."

Former President Donald Trump, she said, "is still ranting to anyone within earshot" that he was the 2020 winner. The "real" results will come out any day, Trump claimed.

"The same GOP propaganda that led to a deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol, as you see, it has not gone away," Brown continued. "That's why I challenge every single Republican I have on the show who voted to overturn the election. They don't get to have everybody sing kumbaya until they stop repeating the same baseless claim that caused this."

Florida condo complex strips ‘Trump’ from its name as the ex-president’s brand falters

Sky Palma ~ May 06, 2021

A West Palm Beach condo formerly called Trump Plaza has been renamed as simply, "The Plaza," The Palm Beach Post reports. The name change came after residents voted to ditch the Trump name after the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

"The residents preferred a name for the condo that was generic, low-key and didn't attract attention of any kind," condo association president Jeff Barr said. "Our original name of 'The Plaza' filled that need."

The Trump brand was once thought to have brought an air of class to the complex, but after his surge to the presidency and all the negative coverage that came with it, the Trump brand began to sour with some residents.

"That's not surprising when many real estate brokers reported the name 'Trump Plaza' is clearly a deterrent to some people from buying units here," said a management email sent to residents in March.

"To protect our values, and in fact to enhance them, your Board is unanimous in support of changing our name," the email said.

Arizona election auditors found the voting data that Trump claimed had been destroyed as part of a plot to deprive him of victory

Auditors conducting the Republican-commissioned recount of 2020 votes in Arizona's Maricopa County said they found election data that former President Donald Trump falsely claimed had been destroyed.

In a statement last week, Trump seized on a claim that officials had deleted the data as he pushed his conspiracy theory that last year's election was stolen from him.

"The entire Database of Maricopa County in Arizona has been DELETED!" Trump said, claiming that journalists were too afraid to cover the story.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican, called the statement "unhinged."

Ben Cotton, one of the auditing officials, told state senators on Tuesday that the data had been found, The Associated Press reported. Cotton described Trump's claim as a "moot point."

In a tweet on Tuesday, Maricopa County officials criticized the auditors for making the baseless accusation about deleted data in the first place.

The state's GOP has said the audit is necessary as part of an investigation into election integrity, but critics, including Maricopa County's GOP-controlled election board, have described it as a sham driven by a desire to give credibility to Trump's election-fraud conspiracy theories.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann said on Tuesday that despite criticism of the audit, it would go ahead.

The audit was scheduled to wrap up on May 14 but is now expected to go on for several more weeks.
