For all the nonsense, Trump and his worshipers always accuse the left of violence, yet, if a gun is involved it is invariably some right wing, second amendment "Christian" doing the shooting. In Kenosha, Wisconsin, an armed 17 year old, white, right wing gun nut started shooting into a crowd of peaceful protesters. Again an AK like weapon was used by a juvenile from Illinois to shoot people and as usual, the killer is right wing! Kyle Rittenhouse, age 17, killed 2 people & wounded another last night at a BLM protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He belonged to an armed right-wing militia, & video showed police thank him & give him water prior to the killings. As he and other right-wingers fired into the crowd of peaceful protesters, again police did nothing according to several eye witnesses. Look at this boy's age. Look at his eyes. If you think America's white supremacy and terror is going away if Trump loses in November, this is the sad reality. For better or worse, we are living in America under Trump.  After almost 4 years, Trump owns all of this, the protests, the over reach sending American paramilitary troops to fight other Americans, kidnapping people off the street. Trump actually praises people driving thought crowds, shooting paint balls and pepper spray at random people... violent thugs that call themselves patriots. Were it not for the antiquated, useless Electoral College Biden easily won the election by 9:30 Thursday night! Turnout in the 2020 election was estimated to be the highest since 1900.
But despite more people voting for Trump in 2020 than Obama in 2008, he still is almost certain to lose the popular vote for the second election in a row. In 2016, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by almost 3 million but still lost to Trump in the Electoral College. She received 48.2 percent of all votes cast compared to Trump's 46.1 percent. But the Electoral College votes went to Trump, 304 to Clinton's 227.
A Republican presidential candidate has won the popular vote only once in the past eight elections, when in 2004 George W. TRUMP FINALLY ADMITS BIDEN WON THE ELECTION – AND THEN MAKES EXCUSES FOR HIS LOSSIt appears that President Donald Trump is finally accepting the fact that Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election, but his acceptance is being tempered with excuses of why exactly he fell short of his Democratic challenger.
On Twitter Sunday morning, Trump fired off two tweets referencing the election:
"He won because the Election was Rigged. NO VOTE WATCHERS OR OBSERVERS allowed, vote tabulated by a Radical Left privately owned company, Dominion, with a bad reputation & bum equipment that couldn’t even qualify for Texas (which I won by a lot!), the Fake & Silent Media, & more!"
"All of the mechanical “glitches” that took place on Election Night were really THEM getting caught trying to steal votes. They succeeded plenty, however, without getting caught. Mail-in elections are a sick joke!"
Time for some fact checking:
The mention of “Dominion” is Dominion Voting Systems, which manufactures software used in running elections across the country, but as the New York Times noted earlier this week, those voting systems did NOT delete votes cast for Trump:
“Many of the claims being asserted about Dominion and questionable voting technology is misinformation at best and, in many cases, they’re outright disinformation,” said Edward Perez, an election-technology expert at the OSET Institute, a nonprofit that studies voting infrastructure. “I’m not aware of any evidence of specific things or defects in Dominion software that would lead one to believe that votes had been recorded or counted incorrectly.”
As for elections conducted by mail, there has never been a shred of evidence that absentee ballots are more susceptible to fraud than voting in person.
Donald Trump lost the election, and he lost by a wide margin in both the popular and electoral vote. He knows he lost. Now he’s trying to find an excuse that doesn’t make him look like what he is and will always be: A loser.

A short message to all Republicans...Senate and House Republicans:
This week will be your last opportunity to end your complicity with Trump, by impeaching and removing him from office for inciting insurrection.
Nothing will heal the nation more profoundly than bipartisan support for this.
You need to show America and the world that the Republican Party is not entirely the party of Trump, that Republicans still believe in the rule of law, that Trump's assault on our government is antithetical to conservative values and has nothing to do with partisan politics. There has been some voting fraud...Former Republican candidate arrested for voting twice in 2020 electionA former mayoral candidate in Carteret, New Jersey, has been charged with voting twice in the November election, NJ1015 reports.
Frederick Gattuso, who ran for mayor in 2018, voted twice by mail using the registration of two people with similar names, according to officials. He has been arrested and charged with third-degree fraudulent voting.
The campaign between Gattuso, who is a Republican, and Mayor Daniel Reiman was heated. Gattuso accused Reiman of being a sexual predator, thief, and drunk driver. The contentious match-up resulted in Reiman filing a defamation suit against Gattuso and three others.
"We exposed his criminal history, his racist and bigoted comments when he ran against me in 2018 so it's really no surprise that his criminal conduct would continue," Reiman said in response to the news of voter fraud charges. "The local Republican leaders should condemn voter fraud and these illegal tactics, but as they endorsed him to run for mayor I can't help but think that this latest stunt was the idea of some of the same individuals and may be more wide spread."
"While it should be easy to participate in our democratic voting process, there needs to be a better system of checks and balances to ensure that the actions of few bad actors don't undermine the integrity of our voting process and elections," Reiman added.

The Washington PostPostal Service finds no evidence of mail ballot fraud in Pa. case cited by top RepublicansJacob Bogage, Shawn Boburg U.S. Postal Service investigators found no evidence to support a Pennsylvania postal worker’s claim that his supervisors had tampered with mail-in ballots, according to an inspector general’s report — allegations cited by top Republicans to press baseless claims of fraud in the presidential election.
Richard Hopkins, a mail carrier in Erie, alleged in November that he overheard the local postmaster discussing plans to backdate ballots received after the Nov. 3 vote and pass them off to election officials as legitimate. Working with Project Veritas, a nonprofit entity that seeks to expose what it says is bias in the mainstream news media, Hopkins publicly released a sworn affidavit recounting those allegations.
Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) cited Hopkins’s claim in a letter to the Justice Department in November calling for a federal investigation into election results in Pennsylvania, where Joe Biden beat President Donald Trump by more than 81,000 votes, and Democratic candidates outperformed GOP challengers in votes submitted by mail.
Graham and many other congressional Republicans refused to accept the outcome of the election for weeks, even after states audited and certified results.
Hopkins “acknowledged that he had no evidence of any backdated presidential ballots and could not recall any specific words said by the postmaster or supervisor,” according to the report, which was published by the inspector general’s office in late February and posted Monday to the blog 21st Century Postal Worker.
The Erie postmaster, Rob Weisenbach, called the allegations “100% false” in a Facebook post in November and said they were made “by an employee that was recently disciplined multiple times.”

A time of reckoning is approaching... Devin Nunes' aide and attorney ordered to pay CNN's legal fees for filing 'bad faith' legal document: reportTom BoggioniThe Merced Sun-Star is reporting that a close aide to Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) and his lawyer have been sanctioned over their continuing efforts to sue CNN.
The report notes that Nunes' senior aide Derek Harvey and his attorney Steven S. Biss -- who also took part in representing the GOP lawmaker in his suits against CNN, the Washington Post and Twitter -- have been told by Judge Richard Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland that they must pay the "legal fees in a lawsuit they filed against CNN regarding a news story about the California congressman."
"Judge Richard Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland dismissed Harvey's lawsuit in February, finding Harvey had failed to prove any statements were 'materially false,'" the report states. "Bennett handed down sanctions against Harvey and Biss after they filed an amended complaint seeking to have him reconsider his dismissal of the lawsuit."
According to the judge, the amended complaint didn't pass legal muster.
"This Court finds that Plaintiff Harvey's filing of the Amended Complaint unreasonably multiplied the proceedings in this case, and this Court is satisfied that it is appropriate to impose a sanction as to the Plaintiff and his counsel under this court's inherent authority and (federal law)," the judge ruled, adding, "In fact, this Court was hard pressed to see how several of the allegedly defamatory statements cited in Harvey's original Complaint had much to do with the Plaintiff at all, as they focused almost entirely on the actions of Congressman Nunes."
In summary, the judge ruled that Harvey and Biss are to pay CNN's court costs and legal fees, saying the amended complaint was filed in "bad faith."

Since taking office in January, Biden has been low-key on Twitter. He uses it to inform the public, advocate for policy, and make statements after tragedies. What he does NOT do is bully people, perpetuate hate, whine, lie, spread conspiracy theories, or incite violence as Trump did over the last four years.
It’s refreshing to have a president who acts presidential on Twitter instead of a raging lunatic. But Cornyn apparently misses the chaos of a constantly tweeting tantrum-throwing president. So he complained about it.
Biden is busy working to get the country past the coronavirus pandemic and other messes Trump left upon leaving office. He doesn’t have time to appear on cable news or go golfing. He doesn’t have an “executive time” for watching television and tweeting as Trump did.He’s doing the job Americans elected him to do, and they appreciate having a president who is informative and respectful on Twitter.
